HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION TIME?
- All regular orders will be processed & dispatched within 1-5 business days.
- Made to order items will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.
- We ship Monday to Friday from 1-7pm, public holidays excluded
- Total time from you place the order to receiving product = Production Time + Shipping Time

- Free shipping to all other destinations for orders above $650 HKD(or equivalent in other currencies).
- Orders under $650 HKD to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand are subject to a $120 HKD shipping fee.

- For now, we only accept returns if the product you receive is incorrect(wrong product) or damaged upon arrival.
- We will not accept returns or exchange for personalized and final sale products unless it's incorrect or damaged.

- You will be asked to send us the product with the original packaging via your local post office using registered air/local mail.
- We will have the shipping cost refunded to you.
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Please ensure that the postal address and email address provided at checkout is the correct address.
