HOW LONG IS PROCESSING TIME?
- All regular orders will be processed & dispatched within 1-5 business days.
- Made to order items will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.
- We ship Monday to Friday from 1-7pm, public holidays excluded
- Total time from you place the order to receiving product = Production Time + Shipping Time
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- Free basic shipping for all orders above $500 HKD (or equivalent in other currencies).
- Free express shipping for orders above $1000 HKD (or equivalent in other currencies).
- For orders lower than $500 HKD, the shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- For now, we only accept returns/exchanges if the product you receive is incorrect(wrong product) or damaged upon arrival.
- In the above cases, please contact us at info@studdedheartz.com.
- You will be asked to send us the product with the original packaging via your local post office using registered air/local mail.
- We will have the shipping cost refunded to you.
ADDRESSES
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. If the package was never returned to our warehouse, we will not be issuing any refund.
Therefore, please ensure that the postal address and email address provided at checkout is correct. Thank you.
