Return & Exchange

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
      • If you have received the wrong order.
      • If the product has manufacturer defects.
      • If you need to exchange the ring size
      • + Purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt(in-store)/ within 14 days of receiving the parcel according to tracking info(online)

  2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and labels.
    • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all return or exchange requests.

  3. Non-Eligible Items:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that were not purchased directly from our online store(studdedheartz.com), our physical stores and our stockists listed on our website.
    • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of manufacturer defects.
    • Only items with manufacturer defects can be exchanged. Neglect, abuse, and wear and tear of the products are not covered.

  4. Return and Exchange Process:

    • If you made your purchase online, please email us at info@studdedheartz.com within the specified 14-day period to initiate a return or exchange.
    • If you made your purchase at our physical stores, please visit us in person within the specified 14-day period to initiate a exchange.
    • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or manufacturer defects.

  5. Refunds and Replacements:

    • If eligible, we will process your return and provide a replacement for the item.
    • Replacements for items with manufacturer defects or wrong orders will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that Studdedheartz reserves the right to determine the eligibility of items for return or exchange and may refuse any request that does not comply with the stated policy.

ADDRESSES

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. If the package was never returned to our warehouse, we will not be issuing any refund.

FAQs About Return & Exchange

Can I return/exchange my products after 14 days?

We will not accept any return or exchange requests after the 14-day period. This includes wrong orders, manufacturer defects and exchange of ring size. Please email or DM us immediately once you need to request for a return or exchange.

Can I exchange my item to another product?

Unfortunately for now we are only able to process the exchange of the same item.

Do I have to pay return shipping to return the products if I have received the wrong items or items with manufacturer defects?

No! We will pay the return shipping cost because the error is on our part. The return shipping cost will be returned to you via the payment method you used online.

Can I return/exchange if I don't a receipt/proof of purchase?

Unfortunately. We do not accept returns or exchanges with no proof of purchase even if you have the damaged item on hand. This is because our items are sometimes sold by unauthorized resellers (e.g. carousell/ebay) and those items could be damaged or used. We are not responsible for the return/exchange of those items.
