Regular orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Made to order items are processed and dispatched within 5-10 business days. We ship Monday to Friday from 1-7pm, public holidays excluded

Our team polishes and assembles our made to order pieces. We also collaborate with a jewelry factory in China where they produce our original designs. Apart from that, we do source some of our materials, components and products from our partners from US, Korea and China. Each and every parcel is packaged and sent by our small team of 3 from our little studio in Hong Kong to all of you with love!

You will receive an email from us when your order leaves our studio. If you don't see it in your mailbox, please check the spam mailbox.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These duties vary from country to country and are charged depending on the marked "value" of the pieces inside the package.

Studdedheartz is not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.

Most of the packages are not subject to the duty/custom fee, so we recommend contacting your local customs for information if you have additional questions.

We start the packaging and shipping process right away, so we do not allow changes to the order once it has been placed.

If your order has not been shipped out, we'll do our best to update your address. To change your shipping address, DM us on instagram or email info@studdedheartz.com with your first and last name, order number, and the updated shipping address.

If your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address for you.

Please note: We are unable to cancel orders that we have started production.
