Made to order items will be dispatched within 10 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the order has been dispatched and is now on its way.

We provide regular and express shipping at different costs for different countries.
You will be able to see the shipping cost and estimated shipping time at checkout.
We only accept returns if the product you receive is incorrect(wrong product) or damaged upon arrival.
We will not accept returns for ALL personalized products unless it's incorrect or damaged.

You will be asked to send us the product with the original packaging via your local post office using registered air/local mail.
We will have the shipping cost refunded to you.
