Return & Exchange

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

• You have received the wrong order.
• The product has manufacturer defects.
• You need to exchange the ring size.
• The request is made within 14 days from:
  • The date of receipt (for in-store purchases), OR
  • The date of delivery, as per tracking info (for online purchases).

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and labels.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all return or exchange requests.

3. Non-Eligible Items

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products not purchased directly from our online store (studdedheartz.com), our physical stores, or our listed stockists.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of manufacturer defects.
• Only items with manufacturer defects can be exchanged. Neglect, abuse, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

4. Return and Exchange Process

• Online purchases:
  Email us at info@studdedheartz.com within the specified 14-day period to initiate a return or exchange.
• In-store purchases:
  Visit our physical store in person within the 14-day period to initiate an exchange.
• Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide a return authorization, if applicable.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.

5. Refunds and Replacements

• If eligible, we will process your return and provide a replacement for the item.
• Replacements for items with manufacturer defects or wrong orders will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Note:
Studdedheartz reserves the right to determine the eligibility of items for return or exchange and may refuse any request that does not comply with the stated policy.

Addresses & Refused Packages

• Refused packages or those not received due to recipient negligence (e.g. incorrect address) are refunded once received by our warehouse, minus:
  • The cost of shipping to and from the destination country
  • Any applicable duties and taxes
• If the package is never returned to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.
